  Our basement sump pump was acting up. I called Anderson’s because of a positive interaction from a few years ago. I was expecting up to a 10 day wait, but I got a call from Jess two days later. He was able to come over, troubleshoot the problem and replace the pump the same day. So we are happy campers and he is coming back to fix a leaky pressure tank valve for us.

  Today we had the pleasure of having our Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioning unit installed. We couldn't be more pleased. Griffin, Austin, Mike (the electrician) and Mike (the Estimator and facilitator of all this) were each professional, competent, courteous, and very pleasant people to do business with. The job was accomplished precisely in the manner we had envisioned and after their clean up, there sat our system with no indications there had been anyone drilling, running wire, and doing all the other things that made it possible. Very, very nicely done, gentlemen!

  A crew from Anderson’s Heating installed a heat pump in our Missoula residence on August 11-12, 2025. The heat pump replaced an aging gas furnace that was over 20 years old. I was initially given a fair estimate that covered the full cost, including the purchase price and installation. The crew arrived promptly and was very organized, professional, and courteous from start to finish. I would highly recommend Anderson’s and would not hesitate to hire them again for any kind of heating/air conditioning or plumbing work.

  I am very pleased with Anderson’s and the quality of their workmanship and service. They were quick to respond to my dying water heater and (two) toilet replacement needs. Anderson’s slogan that the job is not complete until the customer is satisfied is true. I highly recommend Anderson’s Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing and will use them in the future should the need arise.

  Your technician John who came to give me a quote for plumbing work needed was the most thorough and kindest tech that I have had the opportunity to work with! He was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very personable! What a superior and quality treatment that he supplied! Thank you so much for sending out someone who truly cared about the customer and the customer's residence! You have a top notch technician for sure 😃 Hey Anderson's Plumbing crew, I just wanted to add a few words to say that I give the crew at the office a huge thumbs up for their part in my success with my plumbing repair! I had gone into the office and spoke with the Master Plumber Joe, who helped me immensely to understand my issues with my drain! What a "Professional" Joe is in his awesome teaching me how "things" work in the plumbing business! Thank you Joe! Although he reminded me of "Wimpy" in the Popeye cartoon, who always eats nothing but hamburgers!!! He is definitely in need of a raise! 😜. The whole crew treated me as if I were family! What an exquisite TEAM you possess! I will spread your name around as the only business that wanted to work on my "modular home"!
