  We called Anderson HVAC heating & plumbing because our toilets weren’t flushing & we got an appointment the same day. Damien sent us a text to give us his arrival time & he arrived at exactly the time he said he would arrive. It took him 3 hrs. to unclog the system & he said he wouldn’t stop until it was flowing freely. I can’t say enough about this company or Damien. I HIGHLY recommend that if you ever have any plumbing issues don’t hesitate to call them & ask for Damien!!

  The new furnace is Excellent, the techs did an outstanding job. The first tech ( Daniel ), also did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. Mike the sale and finance man also did an outstanding job with fitting the right sized furnace with the house. Everybody did an over the top job in helping us with the new furnace. I would recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling to anyone needing any H/Vac help. Thanks Guys for an Excellent job. AAA+++

  Our 3 yr old boiler stopped working and found out after a few tech visits that it needed a mother board. Besides paying for labor the part was warranted through Weil- McLain but disappointing seeing the age of the unit. Thankfully our Anderson Tech guy (Ben) stuck with it and after process of elimination figured out what was causing it not to ingnite. Very prompt, courtious, attentive people from the customer service calls, dispatcher, technicians and trainee (Patrick) were very professional. Thank You

  I have a maintenance plan that has been great for me. Every 6 months a technician comes to inspect the system. Jermaine Jolly has been here a few times now and he is SUPER. Friendly but very professional and efficient. I want to request him as my preferred technician! I trust him and his quality workmanship and knowledge.

  DeAndre W. came to our house for a yearly maintenance check on our ACs and Furnaces. He took his time and did an excellent job. He was trustworthy in our home. He was also respectful to our house by using shoe covers without being asked and showing care towards our dogs (curious Pomeranians). He was thorough and provided us with reports of his testing. I'll attach a few of them. Don't ask me what the numbers mean but they could be helpful if something does go wrong. I highly recommend DeAndre. We will request him for next year's checkup.
