Carena McIlwain is great! She’s very transparent and upfront but also empathetic. I am extremely grateful for everything and definitely recommend her!

McIlwain asked not to be on record as my attorney. McIlwain answered a concern of mine with a snarky answer. Then McIlwain would not even answer a single question without another $5000 deposit. McIlwain knew my husband wasn't supporting me or the kids and was making withdrawals from the 401K, but McIlwain did nothing to protect me. I asked for names of 3 arbitrators and I swear they were hand pick from my husbands' attorney. My husband fabricated a lie about me physically abusing our son and one of the arbitrators on the list, unfortunately the one I chose, was a child advocate. The other arbitrator would not even be involved in the proceeding, was never cc'd, and would NOT be asking questions after receiving the briefs for clarification, so it appeared as though the paralegal was independently moonlighting. My husband hired the most unethical lawyer who obviously bribed every attorney and the arbitrator using money my husband withdrew from OUR 401K. How else would a life-time stay-at-home mother of three walk away with nothing, and be ordered to pay off her husband's student loans? Most divorce lawyers feel no obligation to serve their client and only try to get as much money as possible. Watch Divorce Corps., the whole business is rotten, and women are more vulnerable now than ever.

We met with Chad Eubanks and we literally paid him 5k upfront to get the case started and got nothing accomplished. He is terrible at communicating, never did the basics that he should have done and now after we got a good lawyer somewhere else the lawyer said we missed about 3 court hearings during COVID that according to Chad he emailed us saying he “had it covered”, the new lawyer we have got more accomplished in 1 month then Eubanks ever did in 4 or 5 months, we pretty much had to start back from scratch. I would say if you have a serious case and need a lawyer to fight for you he is not your guy, now If you have an easy case that is only filing for things he should be ok.

When I first contacted this office, Allen was my attorney. Unfortunately and sadly he needed to left my case. I believe it was very hard for the firm have to take over all the cases from Alen and try not to drop the ball. I assume that at the beginning it was a little caos, since the attorneys that took Alen’s cases had to go over them , understand the cases and help Alen’s clients. Chad was my attorney and I want thank him, Les and Sue for making this process so easy for me. They were there for my needs and the emergência meetings I needed. They were very understandable on my finance at that difficult time of my life and very patient. It is very important to have trust between the attorney and the client and you will find here with Chad. I want to thank Chad, Les and Sue for all the support on the difficult time and the amazing job, and if I could I would thank Allen too, which was so kind and amazing too. Thank you, Wanessa
