On our "walk through " of my policies my State Farm agent Kelly explained every part of the renters insurance and answered all my questions on coverage and suggested video inventory stored in the cloud for my records. As for car insurance Kelly went over all coverage and answered my questions and we talked about some other policies that could be added to coverage and explained those. Every question was answered and everything explained. I was very happy with the time and patience taken for me.
