I called Ample storage and spoke to Karen, who helped me through the rental process of the first unit. When I moved items into the unit I realized I would need a smaller one for more items. I spoke with Karen again, and had everything resolved right away. I ended up needing a 3rd when all was said and done. Each visit to the office or phone call was handled respectfully. When you walk in you feel as if you are talking to friends. Both Karen and Mike are courteous and professional, and whether I pay my rent over the phone, in the office or set it up on autopay, each transaction is completed with ease and a receipt is in my email immediately. I have recently moved back into "home" and have cleared 2 of my units. I know that if I need to store things again, I will be contacting Karen and Mike at Ample Storage!
