I kindly told her that I would be storaging household furniture. She actually asked me very rudely what exactly would be stored in the unit, bedroom furniture, living room furniture or washer and dryer? I informed her that it would be a little of both since I am in the process of moving and having a mobile home built. She said no we don't have any units available with an unbelievable attitude! How does she keep her job with this type of disrespect to customers? And this over the phone. What if I was a mystery shopper? I hope someone does something about her attitude, lack of customer service and her unprofessionalism. This is unbelievable! And it clearly states online that they have units available. I simply called to find out the price of the unit.
