Made an appointment two days ago to be shown a unit and these people never showed up or even called me to tell me that they were not showing up. Kept calling the number on the gate and the manager at this location never picked up. Got rerouted to a call center and not even they could get a hold of whoever is responsible for this office. Totally unprofessional and poorest customer service quality. The person at the call center tried to be helpful but had no clue either. Certainly not considering renting at ample storage and would not recommend it.
