  A Fantastic Experience at Ample Storage Center! I recently acquired a new storage unit at Ample Storage Center located in Apex and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by the incredible team of Susan and Betty; what an absolute delight they are! Susan greeted me with a friendly smile and made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Betty took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. And Tony—he was very thorough when it came to picking up the truck that I had reserved. It’s rare to find such a helpful, kind, and personable team. They each went above and beyond to ensure I my needs were met. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who truly make the difference. If you’re looking for storage with exceptional customer service, look no further. Ample Storage Center — and especially Susan, Betty, and Tony — have earned my highest recommendation! -RS

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at Ample Storage (Apex). Clean facility that was able to accommodate all of our timelines for move-in and move-out!! Initially, we were attracted to the perfect location and now we will highly recommend Ample (Apex) to anyone in the area. If I had to boil it down to one word...pristine. Thanks for all the help team!!

  This is the best storage I have taken Manager Susan is extremely kind and she has helped a lot even though we messed up our schedule . She drove all the way from skipping her dinner. Extremely kind hearted person.
