- MDMolly DoughertyJun 2, 20255.0I've had a unit at Ample for about 5 years. The gate always works and I like that my unit is behind a locked gate. The restroom is always clean and accessible. I'm glad there is water on hand if needed for clean ups. The rent goes up little by little. I was happy to learn that my renter's insurance covers the insurance requirement at Ample and gave me a lower initial rate. During business hours there is someone on site if needed. All in all a business I can count on.
