The entire office staff, especially Leo and Alyssa are very attentive and actually care about the community and the neighborhood. From move in to maintenance, the community is clean and full of thoughtful events. I highly recommend.
- TVTamara Vucak4 days ago1.0I honestly wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone! I’ve had so many issues I’ve attempted to resolve & they do not care about happy tenants. They say they are smoke free, yet the neighbors above me constantly ash on my patio and patio furniture. I’ve sent multiple emails which I have proof of and they do nothing about it but say sorry. I pay $4200 a month and there is constant drilling and work being done above my unit. I work from home and they don’t accommodate anything! Honestly, I would look anywhere but this building.
