  Lived here for 13 months, absolutely loved it! The building is always clean, area nice and quiet, and the most important, management is always accessible and responds quickly. The only reason I had to move away is traffic to downtown in the evening for work is not so great, and I hate to move because of that. The management was very friendly, walked me through the process and refunded me my whole deposit. I definitely 100% recommend this place!!

  Bryan gave an amazing tour. He was super friendly and explained everything in detail. Did a great job of answering all of my questions. I think what’s important is he didn’t pressure me to sign immediately or rush the tour. He left me come to my own conclusions of the property.

  This property is stunning, manicured to perfection, smells fresh (this was so important to me) and always spotless. I have never seen a dirty hallway, elevator, common space - the attention to detail the cleaning staff has is unmatched. Honestly it is immaculate! What really makes Flatiron special though is Gaby and Bryan - the two kindest, warm hearted, most hospitable individuals I know. They both always have a smile, meet any request with urgency and professionalism, and make Flatiron feel like home. The amenities and design are top tier. With all the wonderful tangible things this place has to offer, the love and respect the Flatiron team pours into this building & community are truly what sets it apart.

  after finally settling in, i can definitely say that this has been one of the best apartments i’ve lived in atlanta so far. bryan was so welcoming when i went on tour with him and answered all my questions with honesty and clarity. the staff is very communicative and hard working. love all the amenities and the location is so convenient. so glad to have signed a lease with them!
