  The community is nice and I love that’s it’s close to everything but a little off the beaten path. Moving in was a bit chaotic in that it was last minute and things were not fully set up for a move in. The community is new and the apartment was a bit dirty and not fully set up for move in. The staff has been great and responsive overall

  Brookhaven staff is very nice. I love the location after trying two other downtown spots. This location suites me with many restaurants, walking safely, and plenty to do without all the downtown traffic. You are still close enough downtown to uber, but far enough from the downtown traffic.

  Este lugar está súper recomendado para vivir, la amabilidad, atención y excelente e impecable servicio de Stephanie Zabala y todo su equipo ha sido fundamental para hacerte sentir que llegaste a un lugar donde no te vas a querer ir algún día, estamos muy agradecidos con amli Brookhaven por que diseñaron un espacio hermoso!!! Tienen que venir a conocer el proyecto y seguro les va a encantar!!!!

  From the moment I knew this place was opening I knew I wanted to move here. But its been a slight roller coaster. Probably nothing to do with the property but maybe they have a huge gnat and ant problem; the unit doors are extremely hollow and I can hear everything in my unit; For this place to be luxury place they are using an old thermostats controller can we invest in Google nest at least so I can control the air/heat through phone from anywhere. Same with the locks I can’t control my doors locks. With my other complex I was able to unlock the doors from anywhere and with this stratus app you have to be at the door basically which I absolutely hate. Also the residential app doesn’t have the option for residents to actually talk to one another so that need to be investigated. Literally the app is just to pay bills and no form of residential concerns or communication Also I have been living here for the past month and 3x have the fire alarm gone off and no one said nothing no communication, which is weird and in these times no fire truck has ever came to the property which gets me to believe that these are not hooked up to call the fire station.
