In the past we have been happy with this service, today I am extremely angry about what happened. We had forgotten that the service intended to spray today. We were home with all the windows and doors open. Without knocking or ringing the door bell to alert us to close the windows they sprayed anyway. By the time we realized what was happening we had been breathing in the chemicals. A call to the Advanced Exterminating office got me referred to the employee who had been spraying. He was rude, patronizing and placed the blame on me for not closing the windows. He advised me to call my doctor as he had no knowledge to share about the danger of the chemicals.
