  Can someone tell me more about this place? I've applied and I can't get anyone to answer the phone I gave them my $100 to hold the apartment, but, I can't get an answer. It's either there's the issue with the app, or there's something that I did wrong. I don't understand why I can't get an answer. They won't answer the phone I talked to somebody at the office. They always say they're working on it. Either give me my money back or give me an apartment. I'm tired of this!! Is this what these apartment buildings are doing now? Just taking people's money. HELP!!!!!!

  I had the pleasure of working with Danny and Kayt. I can’t even express how thankful I am for them. They were kind and supportive, they also made my transition into my new home a comfortable one. Thank you both!

  Let's talk about Ames Lake, the outside of the buildings look good. The 3bedroom layout is perfect for families to enjoy. They have w/d in the unit which is a plus.. LETS TALK ABOUT MANAGEMENT... worse encounter I've ever had. I corresponded with Kayt via email, i let her know several times that i wasnt able to complete the application online and decided to do the app in person. KAYT that works the front desk is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, the way she speak to you is unfriendly. she didnt want to release the unit so i could apply. DANIEL is the exact same( example: i overheard Daniel telling a caller that " i dont speak spanish" and hung up in the mans face, shortly after a Mexican man walked in the office and its like they didnt want to assist him. Lucinda Gavere is the RING leader of RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, while speaking to her she continued to roll her eyes and rush the situation. Lucinda had a problem that i came with my MINOR child and i found myself explaining why i had to bring my responsibility with me. My first visit to Ames Lake was so uncomfortable to the point I asked my aunt to come in and she said the same thing... what a horrible experience I pray they get a reality check. Kayt, Daniel and Lucinda doesn't deserve a position with all that power especially if they abuse it.
