  Randy with AmeriTex came out to check our house for suspected foundation problems. He checked and told us it was mainly cosmetical and we need to increase our watering schedule around the foundation. No foundation repairs needed. Honest companies like that will always get my business. If we have future foundation repair needs we'll go with AmeriTex. Highly recommended!!!

  I started having issues with doors around my house not opening and closing properly. I had a few different companies come out and take a look at the foundation. When AmeriTex came out, the owner Randy showed up, and was immediately able to point out the problems I was having with the foundation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and it was clear he had been doing this for years. He was also very honest, which I appreciated. I trusted his advice and felt confident with the company’s work. I went with steel piers, as advised. They fixed my house and I haven’t had any problems since. I am very pleased with this company.

  Inherited home from parents who used this company for foundation repairs on home with lifetime "transferable" warranty given. Called them back early July 2020 and explained I wanted them to come out and re-evaluation the property/work done as the foundation has fallen again and at least 2 piers have broken as result. Was advised by owner that unless i could find original paperwork that 'warranty' was not valid, and was told he would contact me back when he had researched the service provided in 2005. I have yet to receive a phone call back in regards to my request. I have paperwork showing date/warranty provided, but not original LIFETIME TRANSFERRABLE; then the will should provide enough for that to be honored. As a result I’ll be filling a formal complaint with the BBB and any other organization that is affiliated with such business. Just wanted the courtesy of a return call /visit to have fixed whatever is needed to ensure my property value.

  We used AmeriTex to fix our foundation. The owner was very honest and professional. I was so impressed by this company and the work they do. Their steel pier system is the best in the business. The owner was available and on site during the entire job. The crew was courteous and worked very hard. This company was the most thorough and honest company that came out and offered the best system. I also was glad to use a company that has been in business for 51 years and that had an A+ rating with the BBB.

  The patio cover support post sank about 3" causing buckling in the roof. The owner Randy and his brother came out and personally did the job. I'm not sure any other company would take on such a small job let alone have the owners take such an interest and pride in their work to do the job themselves. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was happy. I'm very happy to have found a local company that's really a caring member of our community and highly recommend and would use Ameritex Foundation repair in the future. Thanks again guys!
