  This firm was the right decision for me and my wife. I was anxious about what estate planning papers and fees I would need and pay as most of us are when dealing with legal matters.   I can’t express how grateful my wife and I are for all the help Lloyd Welling provided in setting up our wills and other documents. He was very professional, straight forward and completed all of our documents in a week. He was also available after I received the documents to answer some additional questions. I would highly recommend Lloyd and would encourage anyone needing wills or estate documents to call American Wills and Estates.

  I contacted Lloyd Welling’s practice multiple times—leaving polite voicemails and a detailed message on the website about my issue. When I finally reached him by phone, instead of addressing the matter professionally, he said he didn’t want to deal with it, without explanation. He then hung up. When I called back to address his tone, he yelled and hung up again. If you are seeking assistance with remains, I would not recommend this place—he was dismissive, unprofessional, and spoke rudely.

  Lloyd, and his staff, provided me and my siblings such wonderful support following the death of our parents. He was able to expedite procedures through probate flawlessly and professionally. Time was of the essence and he exceeded our expectations. Lloyd is an amazing attorney and wonderful person. I proudly recommend him.
