  I used to have an electrolux vacuum and loved it but they are passe. I had a wonderful experience with this business. I bought the Meile stick and a Meile full vacum a few years ago. I love them especially the stick but we have a long haired German shepherd and 2 small grandkids so Ive had the stick repaired a few times. This gentleman is so nice and always takes care of it. Im surprised the stick works so great! I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Im grateful for this small business and will continue to remain loyal. Its hard to find people like this who care about what they do. Thank you

  You'd think a vacuum Store would be clean but not this one. The owner is a creep and has terrible listening skills. He said our vacuum could not be repaired but other stores said it could.

  These people are super nice and co-operative. I bought a part for my vacuum he was ready to help and install the part.

  Not a positive experience at all! Took a very long time to get back my vacuum, I made numerous visits, and the customer service was very lacking. Not only that, when I picked up my vacuum the owner forgot to give me one of the parts. So, another trip to Norwood. Would strongly suggest you look for another place to have your vacuum repaired or serviced.
