This company has terrible, pretty much nonexistent, customer service. I ordered parts from them and was sent the wrong component. No big deal, I’ll just request a replacement. Email multiple times, call multiple times, left voicemails, no response or any call back. Finally get through to somebody and they said they’ll send the correct part. Receive the replacement about a week later and it’s still incorrect. Try to reach out via more emails, more calls, never hear back.
Either they’re severely understaffed, or they just simply don’t care about ensuring that their customers are taken care of once they get their money. Never felt so neglected by a company before, especially one where I spent a lot of money with. I’d avoid them at all costs.

How quick are you expected shipping times?
