  This is the first time i've tried a storage unit in charlotte and it was amazing!! the service was phenomenal. i believe her name was kim, she helped me every step through and kept a smile on her face, 10/10 would recommend!!

  Great service from the ladies Alisha &Kim, I have rented several times over the years from parking spots to storage to uhauls. I have never had any issues.. Always attentive and great Security. they treat you like family.

  I had a fantastic experience today at American Store and Lock & U-Haul Rentals. From the moment I first called to when I walked in office, Kim was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process for renting a U-Haul, smooth, efficient, and stress-free. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient Kim was. She answered all my questions about the truck size I needed, and walked me through the rental process without rushing anything. Everything was clearly explained, and Kim made sure I was comfortable before I left. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority at this location. Big thanks to Kim for her professionalism and outstanding service today. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and I highly recommend this place to others!
