My wife and I banked with this branch for over a decade and loved it when it was Arp State Bank, but when it became American State Bank, everything went downhill. Even though we had very good credit with them, they stopped giving us personal loans and became very ruthless when it came to fees and charges. We made several attempts to resolve issues we had with them, but to no avail. We have since stopped banking with them.
