  I forgot to add another item to my order. Before I received the shipping notification, I sent an email to customer service asking if I could cancel the order and redo it with everything I needed. Unfortunately, the order had already been processed and had shipped. Laura was kind enough to work with me on shipping costs for the second order and I had everything I needed in a week. Will order again.
