    Bought a swivel chair in August 2025 and it is already garbage. Feels like you are sitting on boards instead of foam. Called customer service only to find out that this chair has been discontinued Right after we purchased it. Not sure if I will ever shop there again.

    I placed an order Nov 20, 2024, for a table and chairs. Received an email, regarding delivery date of December 18, 2024. PERFECT TIMING for the Christmas, right? NO! I received a call December 17, 2024, informing me that my delivery date is delayed until January 3, 2025! I’m upset and disappointed. Now, I have to get a table and chairs for the holiday. Mind, you I got rid of the old one December 15th, allowing space for the new one. January 3, 2025, I received a regarding delivery. GREAT, right! NO! VCF delivers a table with NO CHAIR! Now I’m furious. Mind you, I’ve return the table and chairs I had to borrow for the holidays! Now, I have a table with no chairs. I make a phone call and inquire about delivery of my chairs. I’m told January 9, 2025. Guess what???? You should know based on past experience with this company? If you don’t know already, I’ll tell you. YES, another delay on delivery, January 15, 2025. Unbelievable!!! Now, I’m beyond furious! “I’m Damn Mad.” I don’t want anything to do with VCF! I requested them to come get the table and keep the chairs and refund my money. They tell me it’s a 15% restocking fee. I tell the representative this is ridiculous. This is the worse customer experience, in my life time! All I hear is “I’m sorry.” Restocking fee…? What about an “ inconvenience fee to customers”??? I forgot to mention, when one calls their Customer Care department, your’re on hold for over an hour. I guess they want you to get so impatient, one would hang up! Not me and you shouldn’t either!!!

    Just don't buy their products! Between shitty customer service at retail store,the company wasn't any better in solving the issue of selling damaged goods at a high value. They want your money and don't care about what you bought or if its defective.

    2 minutes agoNEW Absolutely disgusting what they just did to their warehouse workers. Having 1st shift come in during an ice/snow storm just to have them do 2nd shifts work so that second shift doesn't have to come in. Then tells them if they try to leave early to get home before it gets to bad they will be fired. I really would give this place no stars as an employer but Google doesn't allow that. Oh and here is the kicker. GM tells everyone they have to stay or be fired and then leaves. They do not care about their employees safety one single bit. Atrociously foul corporation if you ask me. You people are horrile. This is just the tip of the iceburg. The way they treat their employees on a regular basis is sickening. They don't ever pay them correctly and constantly overwork them.
