Items missing, wrong items delivered, white glove delivery didn't assemble or remove wrapping. Customer service is nonchalant and dismissive. This particular location has zero integrity. Buyer beware.

However, once you order the furniture, who knows when you will actually get it. I was told one delivery date and then another and yet a third. First delivery delivered part of the furniture, but not all of it. The biggest frustration was the damage done during delivery. Every. Single. Piece of furniture had some type of damage. A scratch, a scrape, a chunk of wood missing, dirty upholstery. I paid for the highest level of delivery that would allow them to set up the furniture. The kids that delivered the bedroom furniture did not have the right tools to put it together and had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Was told that I would be receiving a telephone call from a technician to schedule a time to come fix it. That was three weeks ago. So I just fixed it myself.. I would just say you get what you pay for. And my experience with American signature furniture in Franklin is that you get moderately priced furniture but absolutely no customer service after the purchase and damaged goods when they’re delivered.
