- OCOCTAVIA COLEMANOct 21, 20251.0BUYER BEWARE! American Signature Furniture may have stylish pieces on display, but good luck getting what you paid for—on time or in acceptable condition. I made a purchase six months ago and still haven’t received the correct item. Here’s the rundown of my delivery nightmare: • First delivery: wrong color. • Second delivery (a month later): item wasn’t even on the truck. • Third attempt (another month later): wrong color again. • Fourth attempt (yet another month later): item arrived damaged. Each rescheduled delivery was spaced a month or more apart, dragging this ordeal out for half a year. Store management has been nonchalant and unreliable, making promises they never keep. Calling corporate is a waste of time—it’s just a call center that assures you they’re “working on a resolution,” but no one ever follows up. The prices and the service level do not match—not even close. After exhausting every avenue and being as patient as possible, I finally emailed the CEO. I’m still waiting for a response. No matter how this ends, I will NEVER spend another penny at American Signature Furniture.

I was notified end of August they won’t arrive till Christmas Eve. All this happened after I had made plans to share old furniture so now you have 2 disappointed house holds. I still have a credit and want a refund of my money. I am forced to use the credit by November and they still refuse a cash refund. If you shop here prepare for delays and disappointment . Who wants a furniture credit. Let’s make a deal. My relative vouch a couch from Have tried and received It in one week we will try there.
- AEAngela EffattSep 17, 20255.0My experience at American Signature Furniture on Mount Zion Rd. has been awesome. A floor specialist, Key-Key, provided exceptional customer service. Due to an accident involving shipment containers, there has been a major delay in the arrival of deliveries to the store. My delivery date became very delayed, and I was notified. As a result, Key-Key researched me the same item in another color that could be delivered next week!!! Amazingly enough, I prefer the alternative color. Awesome!!!
