After having to push and pull to get anything, I ended up with $200 of the $275 I should have been adjusted. While something is better than nothing, I guess 2 stars is better than nothing.

After just 3 years the couch started ripping apart at the seams. I called the warranty services and was told that this was normal damage. Nothing is being done to fix it.. I'm currently searching for another couch and will never spend another dime with this company. I would encourage anyone to run and never buy anything from here.
