    Terrible Purchased a sofa with no pillows from them o was offered to place a special pillow order back in July! Have been there several times and yet to receive a call or any help on the pillow order. No one answers the phone. In store sales people are of no assistance either the back desk people. Will reach out to a corporate representative at this point.

    I bought a new sofa recently, and I’ve got to say—Wayne and Steve were awesome! They were super friendly, patient, and really went out of their way to help us find exactly what we wanted. No pressure, no rush—just honest, helpful people who made the whole thing easy and even kind of fun. It’s rare to get that kind of service these days, so I really appreciate it. Huge thanks to Wayne and Steve for all the help!

    Kimberly and Elle did a fantastic job in helping us replace our mattress. We bought a mattress eight years ago and it started to be defective and due to the warranty they completely replaced it. I have to say the manager L was absolutely kind helpful and was truly one of a kind sales agent Kimberly listen to exactly what we wanted and help helped us find the right replacement product. We have been clients of American signature home for over 20 years and will continue due to the excellent customer service and good product.

    I usually purchase my furniture from Havertys, but my wife really liked a bed from American signature furniture so we went to look at it. The lady who helped us was very nice my wife loved the bed room set. After looking at it for a while and the lady explaining everything to us, we said OK we will take it. Walked over to check out and we were told you will not receive it for two months. We were shocked because we have no furniture. We were not happy but went and paid for it. Now we receive a Call saying it’s delayed even further out. It was obvious they did not care. They were just relaying the message. Paid extra 250 For delivery and set up . Did not offer anything for the inconvenience at all. My trust is gone with this company and will not purchase from them again. If you shop there the first question you should ask is when will I receive it .

    Let me just say my review has nothing to do with the furniture itself but the customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER anything from AS again and will tell my followers the same. Here is what happened My issues with American Signature started with them being incapable of finding my mailing address but did not call me to confirm. That issue has been fixed and my delivery fee was credited. My adjustable mattress and bed came from another company and arrived BEFORE the bed because American Signature had an issue with my address. When my bedroom set was delivered, the drawers did not allow for the legs on the adjustable to be added. The adjustable bed and mattress are sitting ON TOP of the planks that came with the bed. Needless to say that currently I need a step stool to climb in my bed every night because it’s so high. When I was sold the bed, they never told me that I could not use an adjustable. In fact, the original sales person tried to sell me one. I used another company. The problem. Brian (manager of Duluth store) called me to ask how everything went and I basically told him what is listed above. He offered a solution of “fixing” the drawers to that they would not open and I could actually use the legs of my adjustable. He asked if I would be okay with the drawers not opening and it just being decorative. I said that was fine. I just wanted to be able to not have to hop in my bed each night and it not sit so high. This was early June. He told me that piece would not be in until end of July. I told him I was fine with that. I followed up with him by attempting to call and text. The last text I received from him was on July 28th when he told me “Hey the shipment keeps getting delayed. But I will check right now one minute”. I followed back up with him. No response. I even called the store. I called, text, etc. No response. No nothing. On August 2nd I went in the actual store to follow up with him. He was not there but I spoke with Jack - another manager. He then told me the piece won’t be in until November. This was to first of me hearing this. Mind you, Brian told me nothing. Jack told me that it was one in the back damaged and he would check to see if a tech could repair it. He said he’d follow back up with me on Tuesday - August 5th. NOTHING. At this point, I’ve heard nothing from Brian or Jack. I called the store to ask for Jack. I was told he was not in. Gwen offered to do some checking and call me back. She assured me SHE would call me back. NOTHING. At this point, I haven’t heard from Brian, Jack or Gwen so now I’m escalating. I need someone to call me with some options. I even contacted corporate and sent an email to Amy Halpern who was going to contact someone named Kevin. It's Oct 2nd and nothing. I've hired someone to fix my bed and it was corrected in a hour. Never again!!!
