- OCOCTAVIA COLEMANOct 21, 20251.0BUYER BEWARE! American Signature Furniture may have stylish pieces on display, but good luck getting what you paid for—on time or in acceptable condition. I made a purchase six months ago and still haven’t received the correct item. Here’s the rundown of my delivery nightmare: • First delivery: wrong color. • Second delivery (a month later): item wasn’t even on the truck. • Third attempt (another month later): wrong color again. • Fourth attempt (yet another month later): item arrived damaged. Each rescheduled delivery was spaced a month or more apart, dragging this ordeal out for half a year. Store management has been nonchalant and unreliable, making promises they never keep. Calling corporate is a waste of time—it’s just a call center that assures you they’re “working on a resolution,” but no one ever follows up. Deliveries come from the Morrow location, and unfortunately, their customer service is just as poor. The prices and the service level do not match—not even close. After exhausting every avenue and being as patient as possible, I finally emailed the CEO. I’m still waiting for a response. No matter how this endS, I will NEVER spend another penny at American Signature Furniture.

Bought our 4 set of living room furniture from them and one was delivered broken and the tech finally came out 2 days after delivery and said we needed another love seat due to being broken when delivered. So now I have furniture I can’t even sit on and now have to wait a week to get another one. And of course STILL can’t get ANYONE on the phone. Whatever happened to good customer service. This will be the last thing I buy from them if I don’t return what I have.
