I was said it has been delayed for a week. The manager was so rude & a guy working was so bad in talking. Never buy any stuff from this store very rude & un professional service & people working over there. This store has no attics. Worst customer service.

You will be assured that everything is in stock and will be delivered within a week. Then come the absurd excuses, week after week, month after month. Customer Service is zero help and will only leave you frustrated and angry. They will lie straight to your face. With tariffs and rates going up, they are hoping that people cancel their orders so that they can turn around and sell it for a greater profit. Very shady practice.
- ACAndrew CothranOct 2, 20251.0We purchased a sectional sofa and a chair we were assured multiple times that all pieces were in stock by the time delivery came we were told part of the sofa was out of stock and would not be back until December. Absolutely horrible business practice to sell furniture that’s not in stock and not make it clear that you may or may not get the items you purchased. Called the stores a few times they were absolutely no help essentially saying sorry about your luck we’re happy to give a refund but we will charge 15% restocking fee even though we can’t fulfill the order in a timely manner. Very disappointed with the entire situation I would highly recommend not doing business with this company unless your prepared to possibly only get half your couch and have to wait months for the rest of it to hopefully show up. Wish I could give less than a one star rating.
