- CSclaudia schlimgen1 day ago1.0I purchased a dining set 4 years ago from American Signature. I bought a 5 year warranty. What a rip off. The warranty Company has non existent Customer service. Dianna at the University Parkway store tried to help but to no avail. When I went back to the store a second time to find out WHY the warranty company has not notified me she 2anted me to sign a paper I would not hold them responsible. They sold me the crappy warranty. I did not sign. Then Danna had me stand around while she contacted the company, of coarse they told her all the documents they 2anted provided were being reviewed and I would hear from them last Wed. I never did. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with both Companies. Save yourselves the stress and your money and never purchase the item from American Signiture. Very very dissatisfied.

But suddenly it got stuck and I waited 2 months for the table and finally had to shamefully take it away myself. The whole time the seller was bluffing and making excuses. No apology for the late delivery, no additional discount and I spent quite a bit of money in this store. Next time I'll avoid you or be damn careful with your promises. Milan
