The delivery date has been changed four times due to “inventory issues”. Most recently, we received a guarantee for delivery on the 10/17, confirmed by both email and text message. However, when the delivery time passed without any notification, we called for an update and were informed by a representative who could not clarify the status of our delivery. The rep contacted the store directly, we were then told that the delivery is now delayed for another two weeks. We then visited the store and spoke with Chris, the acting store manager, who checked the system but could not explain why our delivery had been canceled. At this point, I am feeling quite disappointed and concerned about the possibility of receiving the chairs and bench. Currently, we have a dining table without chairs to use, and we are uncertain about whether the chairs will ever arrive or if we should consider returning the table.

Here’s my experience: I ordered 2 mattresses, 1 dining table, and 1 bed frame on 07/02/25 during the July 4th sale. The delivery was scheduled for 08/23/25, and on 08/20/25 I even received an email confirming that all items would be delivered as planned. But on the actual delivery day, things went completely wrong. They delivered the wrong type of mattress and didn’t deliver the bed frame at all. When I called the Alpharetta showroom, the manager’s response was careless—he said the bed frame might arrive in the second week of October but couldn’t guarantee it. This is unacceptable. Customers spend thousands of dollars expecting professionalism and reliability, not careless mistakes and vague promises. Very disappointing experience.
