  I want to give a huge shout out to Michelle Waggoner for our recent experience with assisting my mother and her companion in processing her rental agreement. I contacted her on Tuesday this week, regarding a property we had an interest. She met with us the same day! We walked in and immediately knew it was the home for which we had been searching. She expedited the process and we moved mum in Saturday of the same week! She was simply amazing. We would highly recommend her!!!
