  Sad to say but I actually hate I ever bank with this company after years of being a customer! NEVER AGAIN! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anything can happen & there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YOU CAN DO! ABSOLUTELY NO one to even get In contact with! So UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

  Staff stand by their rules ( not bad) But they aren’t knowledgeable about alternative or products in the banking market. I am a US citizen, and the staff appears to doubt of it, also doubt about my credentials. Staff like this appears not to trust government documents. I will not use this bank again and will not recommend to no body.

  I’m not very happy with my current bank as all the branches seem to close or be understaffed. Thought I’d try APB. So I went in to make some change ams check them out. they told me sorry. We don’t make change for people that don’t have an account. Well. This will not be my new local bank.
