  I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience I had with American Power Equipment. I called in the spring to set up a pickup and repair of my snowblower. They told me that they would have to schedule me a few months out because they were focused on lawn mower repair. They got me scheduled for early July. It couldn't have been easier. Dave picked up my machine in the early evening and had it repaired for a very reasonable cost and scheduled for return by the following day. He spent some time on the phone with me explaining how to extend the life of my aging machine. The next day, he returned it to my driveway. Seriously, it couldn't have been easier. I am so grateful for their expertise and thoughtful customer service.

  American Power Equipment in West Chester, PA is truly a great company! The employees are amazing! They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of all the equipment. We bought a mower, a leaf blower and a dethatcher. When the mower was delivered , Dave, the company owner, came and demonstrated how to use it to both of us. Also, Mike is great! He calls us and does follow through. He listens to you and recommends the best products for your needs. Melissa is terrific at customer service! She is friendly and totally competent. All the employees are exceptional! We highly recommend American Power Equipment!
