  This casino is the worse of All the casinos between Months of march -april 2025 me and my wife losses was over hundred thousands dollars which. I'm very embarrassing all the kind money l have spent. lam retired veteran of air force .we don't have this kind of money to give away. .we wer hoping that they things would turn around allow us to wind sum are money back .. it never happened . Constantly losing. March April 2025. I wind up getting lump sum from VA. took my wife. American Place Casino . Me my wife loss Entire lump sum. .OVER HUNDRED THOUSAND. Never winning jackpot any kind . blackjacks use in ther player cards .my wife noticed the hit a Jackpot one time . Not using ther player cards. Every time me my wife attends we constantly lose. . Like we're mark inside ther casino. . Me my wife wer formally Potawatomi we drive American places . Bypassing Potawatomi...we have never loss that kind money. .I have bank accounts will receipts proof thousands dollars we spent .at ther cashier station getting money . When you trying get extra rewards the reward players manager say we didn't spend the kind money. . Me my wife names never called. in drawing . . We notice alot of of blackjack players agree .with my complaints. Food is horrible on trailer. We enjoy the lobster meal l brought for my wife on her birthday spent $200.

  Recently made my first visit to American Place on a Saturday evening looking to play some craps. All things considered, had a great visit, and would return to play again in the future. Every one in general was polite and professional, from entry, to player card, cashier, etc. I did want to shout out Tony and the dealers at the craps table - they really did a great job while I was playing...getting to know my preferred bets quickly, helping to keep them up as the game went on, and being friendly and personable throughout. Made it very easy for me to stay and play.

  Absolutely ridiculous a power outage caused the entire building to shut down and they kicked everyone out, I ended up losing $500 as well as many others some lost thousands. Odd that not a single business on the same street lost power. Was this an attempt to not payout the winnings for that night? If so they succeeded. Edit* went back the next day and managed to get my money after almost a 2 hr wait. Glad I actually received it but will likely never return. What doesn't have a generator strong enough to last at least a few minutes. *Another edit after owers response* I get it stuff happens but forcing the entire casino to wait outside in 35 degree weather with no explanation other than "We don't know if you canr get your money the casino is closed bye" is a little over the top.

  I absolutely love this casino but had a very bad experience with the bartender GRACE! My sister and I went to the casino last nite and spent 6 hours gambling and having a few beers. When my sister approached the bar for another round of beers she was told by GRACE that we had had enough beer and she wasn’t going to serve us???? Six hours and we only had 5 beers each… thats less than 1 beer per hour. Does she have her Bassett training?? My sister and I are 65-70 years old and when we questioned the bartender she said my sisters face was red so she cut us off. After GRACE called her supervisor he came over to speak to us and told us that we were no way impaired and he would speak to her. After the supervisor left she again approached us and began telling us my sisters face was red therefore we weren’t getting anymore. I then requested the supervisor come back and told him she would not leave us alone and kept arguing with us while we finished the beers her supervisor told her to serve us!! I recommend staying clear of GRACE if she’s bartending she’s looking for a fight!! Too many places to gamble in this city to take abuse from this bartender!! May have to go somewhere else even if we love this casino!!I gave it 4 stars for everything else except GRACE!

  The food is the worse. They need a buffet. due to all the money .being took Me my husband stopped spending so much money ..,on purposely. . Within couple months I had. horrible slips fall right in front American palace casino had a horrible head Concussion Black and blue all over face swollen head couldn't go to work off for month one of the head managers promised to give me something due to my inconvenience. . Never did. . Which left ..Me bein off from work ..month. .falling infront .casino. On my face American. Palace casino .Never contracted me to check on see how things were going l was off with large hospital bills . American Don't take accountability .which Happens in front casino-licensed broad . Really needs ask different people. About losses after leaving out. .ownership has to a young group people. Due to how things . Bein resolved didn't care if we onc high card player. continue losing every time you visit..notice patriot s leaving very upset speaking loadly about money being took. In the slots or on the blackjack tables. Me bein registered 16 yrs nurse. Husband bein. 25 yrs Veteran .Air force... American palace insurance did contact me advised.me that. the casino I contact them discuss the slip and fall. .....The casino did contact there insurance . Advised them do not make no payments regardingthe slip. And fall. American palace. ownership has to be young .group people. Due to didn't care losing money. my husband oOnce was active high rolller blackjack American. Palace players. ....lost over hundreds within 3 months straight no .winning Straight Noticed. now we are now recently returning back to Potawatomi casino .. we are now winning morer much happier .. American palace casino isn't paying out no money So if anything ever happens American palace .... isn't going to take acoutiblty at all Anything
