My bike has been grounded for some time. Was able to save up to get it I. The shop. And these guys did a great job! Gave me the best pricing and worked with me on the final price. Definitely coming for all my work here.
Fantastic experience here. Was an out of state buyer, and Michael was super helpful in answering questions and preparing the bike for a visit. Very professional and helpful, zero pressure. This dealer has an incredible selection of very special bikes. Best used collection I’ve seen anywhere. Easy buying experience. Lindsey was awesome with getting the deal and paperwork done. And finally, the local freight provider was there that day and shipped it to me in the West. Bike was in good hands and delivered perfectly! Thanks to all.

really bad experience with Bo. I asked him for some title , and he told me he didn’t have them in hand . When I decided not to move forward because of that, he suddenly changed his attitude — got rude, said “whatever,” and hung up the phone. Then you call him again he tell you we could get it in 10 days , and its good , no is not you lost customer and obviously am not the first person , That’s not how you treat people. Customer service is supposed to be about helping, but in this case, it was far from it. Very unprofessional behavior.

This was my first experience ever, purchasing a motorcycle, or any motorized vehicle from a dealer online, without seeing it, or test riding it, that was nowhere near my residence. I had the bike transported from Texas to New York, and after some minor misunderstandings regarding transport fees, Marcos Disla (Shiplux) reversed the charges, and sent the money back to my credit card right away.
The bike itself, a 2017 Road King Special (pictured) was exactly what I wanted, however that had an issue as well. I took it to my mechanic who diagnosed a broken connector in the throttle, and repaired it. I contacted Logan who was the sales manager, notifying him of the issue.
Logan advised his team about my misfortunes and frustrations and made it right. I received a check from American Motorcycle Trading Co. for my mechanics repair bill without question! Logan was absolutely badass, and took care of everything I asked him to. Do not hesitate to pull the trigger with these guys! We love our new ride!
