Only reason it didn't get 5 stars for me is for two reasons A) I got a call inquiring if i had moved out and that my unit was empty... it was erroneous and the staff apologized profusely, but it was still a scare and B) My key worked on my neighbors lock which was scary to me (found out by accident) and no attempt at addressing this was made to my knowledge,.
