  Yes my husband and I visited the store off of the 303 on Saturday we were greeted by the person at the door and no one else in the store acknowledge us we felt like was it a racial problem because we have just much money is everybody else that was in there and no one walked up to us and asked us one time do we need anything very disturbing for a big furniture store

  Great store and selection. Make sure you don’t get Todd as your sales rep because he will stop listening when you don’t do the financing that he wants you to use and will tell you no he won’t even try to use your Visa card that you have to make the purchase without their financing. Then tells you to ask the manager, and when you do, the manager says, yeah go ahead and use it. But then they don’t have a sales rep available for 30+ minutes.

  Found a bed frame we really liked on the floor. We were told it was actually sold out, but we could buy the floor sample. I felt we should get a discount for buying a floor sample, not a brand new in-box item. However, I didn’t want to make a fuss, so we went ahead and paid the full price of $800. The bed frame was taken apart and handed to us in pieces. No box, no instructions. They said “it’s really easy to put together” - alright, I guess we’ll figure it out. This bed frame we have had for maybe 3 months. It has fallen apart and wood has broken off in various places. The panels are falling off, the wood is splitting. My husband has been able to fix it a couple times just enough so it’s stable. Today it has broken again simply from sitting down on the bed. It just COLLAPSED. We are taking it apart and to the garbage, and we’ll never shop here again.

  Came today to look around. It’s a big store with a lot of options. Some good; some not so good in quality. It’s almost comparable to At Home; except without a lot of the bed linens; pillows; bath towels; etc. You’ll pay a very reasonable price. The more the furniture is the better the quality. From bedroom to living room, kitchen and office, and shelving to entertainment systems. I’ve included one photo to a queen sized bed frame with head and base boards that were solid and sturdy. Some furniture is ‘assembly required.’ Others they will deliver and assemble for you. I spoke with Shea, and the best I can recall is the delivery charge is about $69 up to a certain purchase price; and then it’s 5% for larger purchases. There’s plenty of parking at this store. Restrooms are very clean. And they have loading bays for customers to pull in and pick up their purchases. Today they had an Auto Show in the parking lot. I would have liked to stay, but maybe another time if this is a regular event on Fridays.

  This place is beautiful! This is a brand new location for American Furniture Warehouse, and they did a fantastic job! I was so impressed with the layout and the variety of options. The employees were extremely nice. We were just blown away with the level of service and presentation. There is plenty of parking, and it's located in a newly developed retail area. Looking forward to shopping here a lot more.
