We furnished our whole house through him and have dealt with him multiple times with questions, corners, warranty things and he’s just been so great. Very patient and honest! He truly has taken care of our needs and wants in the best way possible! If you want the best experience and customer service ask for him!
- JWJ wOct 25, 20251.0Terrible experience. I would never shop here again or recommend them to anyone. My furniture was supposed to be delivered weeks ago and they just didn’t show up. No call, no email, nothing. I took a whole day off work waiting for a delivery that was never coming. When I called, they told me it was out of stock, took off the delivery fee, and said they’d “check every day” and let me know when it came in. They gave me a new date it would likely be in, that day came and went with complete radio silence. When I called again after that date, I was told maybe Monday. I asked if I could at least pick my two-hour delivery window since I’d already wasted a day off, and the guy on the phone couldn’t have cared less. He said they could take off the delivery fee (which they already did the first time!). Now my order is three weeks late, I still don’t have my furniture, and their communication is basically nonexistent. Honestly, save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

So we went and got one at this American Furniture Warehouse. My first time there.. it is affordable and it was a good choice we made. Good price and good service and selections. We got the gray sectional and the round coffee table😉. We loved it. 😊 we later moved out and left it for his mom. We already had furniture at my house so decided we didn’t needed anymore. Last, Giving is better than receiving don’t you think? 🤔
