James, the sales representative professionally, approached us and asked us what we were looking for I showed him a piece of furniture that I absolutely fell in love with for the TV. That had a lot of roomie storage below. And he checked and confirmed it was in inventory, and then we went and looked at different couches, we were limited on the width and length, and he showed us A few couches that he knew that were in stock that would fit our measurement needs. He showed us this absolutely gorgeous. Italian leather couch, which I fell in love with right away. So my husband really start looking at the recliners, and he fell in love with the automatic one. Versus the manual one that we have and james was extremely helpful in selecting the right one. James was very professionable, knowledgeable and very patient with us. We sat down we discussed our options and I was going to keep the furniture. The same and he suggested doing 2 different colors, which I thought was, I don't kn a really great idea. I never would have thought of that. We weren't really in the market to buy anything that day because of James and his knowledge, his professionalism. And his personality, we were sure to go ahead in confirm our order with him. I would highly recommend American furniture warehouse and James.
