His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly made the process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to JT, my home now looks amazing, and the comfort level is unmatched.   We had such a great experience working with Tony Mann at American Furniture! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and funny, he really made the whole shopping process enjoyable. Tony took great care of us and made sure we got exactly what we needed. If we ever need anything else from this store, we’ll definitely be going back to him! Highly recommend asking for Tony!

  Jimmy Tran (JT) at the Katy location helped me get a couch and supported me through the whole process of finding what I like to finalizing the delivery. When I had concerns about the delivery of my couch and ottoman, he made sure I knew the steps for that process and reassured me whenever I had any concerns. I got a 3-seater couch and ottoman at an affordable price! I recommend going to AFW Katy and working with JT to find the right furniture for you.

  I recently purchased a dining set from American Furniture Warehouse and overall, I’m very happy with my experience. I really appreciated that the sales team didn’t pressure me at all — I was able to browse and take my time without anyone hovering, which made the shopping process easy and stress-free. The only downside was the financing process. It took longer than expected, and the amount I was originally approved for ended up being changed, which was frustrating and a bit confusing. However, delivery was fast and the setup crew did a great job. They were careful, professional, and had everything put together quickly. Despite the hiccup with financing, I love my dining set and would shop here again for the great selection, prices, and no-pressure sales experience.

  Subject: Very Disappointed with Today’s Delivery – Completely Unpackaged Furniture We just received our king-size and queen-size beds, along with the mattresses, from American Furniture, and I am extremely disappointed with the delivery. None of the items were packaged at all — not even partially. The upholstered fabric surfaces were completely exposed, with no protective wrapping or covering whatsoever. The delivery person dragged the headboards and other fabric parts along the hallway floor while carrying them, and all those fabric surfaces came into direct contact with the floor the entire way in. To make matters worse, the delivery person used our restroom without asking for permission. They also had trouble finding our address, and I had to spend about 15 minutes helping them locate the truck. Delivering completely unpackaged furniture and handling it so carelessly is absolutely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will never order from American Furniture again.
