The salespeople were okay! I know they make money from us, so it’s understandable that they’d be friendly. Everyone else in the building was rude, though. I checked out with two ladies and a guy at the front (picking up a bed frame). The guy asked a question, but I couldn’t hear him, so I asked, “What was that?” He rolled his eyes and asked, “Are you picking up furniture?” I said yes. He then told me one of these girls could help us instead of helping us or anything. And when it was time for one of these girls to help us instead of properly greeting us, she asked, “What’s the phone number?” That’s crazy because between the couch and bed frame, we spent over $1,000, and to be treated so poorly. I work in retail, and I can tell you right now that was one-star service. Also, as we were walking away, my husband noted that they were talking badly about another customer. I was very disappointed and will be telling all of my clients not to do business here. If it weren’t for my husband being stubborn, I would have returned everything and gone elsewhere. We work hard for our money. It’s frustrating to give it to a company that can’t even train their employees to provide good customer service. Oh, and by the way, the couch is very cheaply made. I’m uncomfortable on it. I would return it, but it’s a pain, and my husband is content with it. Very very disappointed.
EDIT: Shawn did call and apologies and make things right. We got a comfy couch and the service at the front desk was much more acceptable. I really appreciate him reaching out it means a lot as I haven’t never left a bad review.
