    These people are so lazy. Let’s see if they can build a bed on their third time to my place. They blame shift to the last crew and still leave me with a dresser and no bed built just laying in my room. I’m tempted to just tell them to pick up the stuff and send the refund.

    The store is very big and clean with loads of options for whatever room you're looking to refurnish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were decent I got an awesome bean bag for 25 dollars. It seems well made and I think it is pretty comfy 👍

    Our quick fix on our new power recliner was fast; the technician Johnie? was professional, friendly and cleaned the area when he left. Shopped AFW 20+yrs and will continue to do so.

    I like the way American Furniture has adjusted their sales to give time for customers to look around with no pressure. I ended up purchasing 3 pieces for my living area. I wanted to get a more colorful setting. I approached a sales person, who helped me right away with the delivery and purchase. The delivery efficient and went smoothly. I am very please d with the furniture.

    I found a piece of wood piercing through the fabric on my sofa so I checked all the corners on the sofa and loveseat and you can definitely feel the wood through the fabric. I called AFW to check my warranty which the rep opted to have a new set delivered. The fellas checked the corners before replacing the set and it’s the same issue therefore I will have to call them to see if they can fix the issue with extra fabric. I want this set to last.
