  Thank you to Nadia for helping us with our sofa purchase. She answered all of our questions and set the delivery time we needed. We are very happy with the product and warranty Delivery guys were on time, fast and careful setting up the sectional sofa. We would definitely buy from this location again. ☆☆☆☆☆

  We are moving and need new furniture. We checked all the usually places and did not find anything at what we thought was a reasonable price. We stopped into American Furniture warehouse and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they have an amazing selection but prices were great. We spoke with Ruben and he had a tremendous amount of knowledge. No one there was acting as a salesperson, they were educating us. Ruben took his time and explained everything we wanted to know about the sofa we were interested in. In the end, we found something for us. We appreciate Ruben and American Furniture Warehouse.

  We’ve purchased numerous items from AFW and have always been happy with the quality and the price until our last purchase. We purchased patio furniture and within one year it started falling apart. It’s made by Ashley. Between the two companies they don’t stand even a little bit behind the product. For $1000 I don’t expect great furniture but not complete garbage. Why waste the money on Sunbrella covers when the furniture won’t last two years.

  Don’t waste your time or buy from this company unless you want to wait for a month or more to receive your product/ furniture. I purchased at the end of July, promised that delivery was to come at the end of August then it got delayed to the end of September now it’s been delayed till end of October!! All associates say “anytime soon” when I’ve asked for an update and when to expect my furniture. It’s a waste of time and energy. The way they track shit is insane. I get delays happen, situations happen but to keep promising and keep putting it off is crazy.

  I had such a wonderful experience here, and I have to give special praise to Rick, one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met. He deserves recognition and even a promotion for the way he handles his customers. Rick was attentive, kind, down-to-earth, and friendly—he guided me through the entire process with patience and genuine care. He helped me check out peacefully, and our conversation was not only encouraging but motivating. He truly knows what he’s doing and made me feel valued every step of the way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly at the front door by another gentleman who was very sweet and helpful, pointing me in the right direction. Then Chris stepped in and suggested some great furniture options. I took my time deciding, and both he and Rick supported me throughout without any pressure, just great guidance. This showroom is truly one of the best in America—amazing staff, top-notch service, plenty of parking space, and people who really care about their customers. Thank you to Rick especially for making this experience memorable. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.
