  100/10 absolutely will be buying from AFW again! The delivery process was an absolute cake walk! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! I got a couch and a table and they set it up within 5 minutes!! In and out! And the furniture is COMFORTABLE!! Thank you American Furniture Warehouse for such a simple and easy process!! Tim and his other partner for set up were so professional and like I said they were in and out!! Everything set up.. I’m amazed!!

  Just bought a Rocking recliner over the phone with Angelo. I picked out the one I wanted it was so fast and easy. He made sure he got me the fastest delivery date which was a day later. Just a fantastic experience. The recliner is going into by bedroom where I have the perfect reading spot and this chair is replacing the one I wore out. I love when I don't have to go shopping into a store so thank you.

  Outstanding experience today. I needed a new office desk, found one on the website last night, paid for it, and picked it up today. The representative at the pickup desk was friendly, conversational, and fun to talk to. I was instructed to park my car outside, and then waited with some others. One was another AFW employee who also was conversational and fun. I waited 10 minutes, then the warehouse guy loaded the desk into the car. I'm sitting at the desk now. Putting it together was a learning experience, but I got it done and I'm loving it.

  The only thing I have to say is about my salesman his name is Raymond. He is absolutely amazing. He talked me through everything. I got everything that I wanted measured everything out spoke to me about other things while we were just standing around to get the paperwork and stuff done very knowledgeable very approachable. The first time I came into the store nobody came to talk to me or help me the second time I came in. I walked over and I was just standing there looking around and he was right there. He is amazing very professional very friendly very approachable and just a wonderful person all the way around I absolutely love him when I walk in that store. I will look for him and him only.

  On Saturday 10/11/25 I drove from Casper WY to AFW in Firestone CO and purchased a lift chair for my 81 year old father with Parkinson's. When I was setting up the chair, I discovered that the electrical cord/plug was missing. I called AFW and spoke to Chelsey who said she would overnight the cord/plug the next day Sunday and I would have it by Monday. Well, it's Monday and I never received a email for tracking, so I called AFW and spoke to Gwen. She said it wasn't shipped because the shipping company's are not open on Sunday and today's a holiday so we can't send it until tomorrow (Tuesday). She didn't even check to see if FedX or UPS was open. I checked into it myself and both are open today and were open yesterday as well. I asked to speak to a manager, when transfered I was disconnected 3 times. Finally Trent answered and had assistant manager Greg call me back. He said that they wouldn't overnight it like Chelsey promised to do on Sunday (I believe it's because it would cost $140). Greg said it would be 3 to 5 days for arrival. I'm so disappointed that they don't have any consideration for the struggles that my father has to deal with for the next 3 to 5 days. It's really sad that customer service after purchase means nothing to AFW. Especially when their staff, are the ones who forgot to include the cord/plug that came with the lift chair.
