Hans helped us out, no pushiness, no upselling, just someone who knows their job, and how to treat customers with respect. He offered delivery, and we decided to have them load up our truck…Hans emphatically replied, wonderful choice! The only blemish, was the ottoman we bought had part of the bottom ripped…I think the folks that put the parts(the feet) missed the zipper in the middle. All in all, we will go back and recommend to our family and friends!

The high sales pressure was so stressful. We were there for 2 hours and experienced being approached appropriately 20 times by various sales people. It was so annoying and distracting. We also noticed we were being followed around a couple times. We almost just left. They clearly have too many sales people fighting for limited commissions. We probably won’t be returning. I’d rather shop online.
