  So many choices to pick from, and we found exactly what we wanted. The showroom is ginormous, well lit and laid out, clean and organized. There are sales associates all around to help and answer questions, but they aren’t clingy or pushy. Everything was in stock with quick delivery available.

  Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I recently spent around $10,000 on furniture at American Furniture Warehouse in Conroe, TX, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. During delivery, the crew placed a bed in the wrong room, which was an honest mistake. However, when I asked if they could simply move it to the correct room — especially since I was buying another bed at the same time — I was told they’d need to check with the delivery manager. The response I got was that I’d have to pay $75 just to have the bed moved to the right room. After spending that much money with them, that’s a pretty poor way to treat a customer. It’s not about the $75 — it’s about the principle and the lack of customer care or flexibility. I expected much better service from a company of this size. They’ve lost me as a customer, and I’ll make sure to share my experience so others know what kind of service to expect.

  Always a great experience. You don't immediately get assaulted by someone trying to sell you things. They let you walk around and do your thing, but are always quickly available if you need any help. Prices are pretty good overall.

  The warehouse is having a lot of furniture on display. Not many branded furniture though. We bought living room set with recliner couches. It doesn’t say who is the manufacturer and couches don’t come with a manual. The delivery was quick but the delivery guys didn’t have time to check all the features. After they left we found one of the recliners head rest doesn’t work. There is no email to contact and complain about it. The sales person Jos was helpful but we don’t have his number to contact.

  This is the second time we have shopped with American Furniture Warehouse. First time was in Katy. This time was in Conroe. We spend hours looking. We were looking for modern living room set . I was looking for leather, Christian Luna our sales person was very professional and Friendly. We are very pleased with our purchase. The guys that came to deliver our furniture were here before 9:30am as our time was 9:30 to 11:30. Professional and quick. It’s 5 stars for us. Thank you .
