  The staff is amazing! The facility is orderly and clean and the rates are very reasonable! I am still renting a small end unit as my use is for long term since I live in a small apartment and need extra storage. My ONLY concern is as follows: when I first started renting the unit, I remember a written statement on a form I signed discussing keeping the unit swept and clean of debris. I’ve never rented storage. I fully understand that statement now as there is an abundance of actual dirt that gets itself inside my unit to the point I must turn a package to its side to allow the gross accumulation of dirt to fall to the ground. It’s ridiculous how much dirt gets in my unit. It is not dust, it is DIRT. So, personally, I’d make certain that all items are in bins, boxes or covered completely or else your prior ‘good stuff’ will not be ‘good’ anymore. Climate control is one thing but massive dirt coming into my unit is something else.I feel like my belongings are almost being stored out in the open??

  Extremely friendly staff and overall great experience! I needed temporary storage while moving so I did not have to move my entire house in one day. Storing non-essential items here for a couple of months worked out great! I will definitely come back to this facility next time I need some extra storage space.
