  American Eagle Garage Doors (AEGD), 1017 42nd Ave. Evans, Co., has earned an A+ rating with me. Their knowledge, dependability, professionlism, fair, reasonable rates, along w/outstanding customer service. On 10/25/21, my disabled neighbor had her Rt spring snap on her double garage door. I recommended Rocky Mountain Garage Door(RMGD) of Denver, they replaced springs/pr. cables(cables did not need replaced, they way overcharged for their goods and services, $997). Not one person @ RMGD could tell me what # springs were installed in door??? I called AEGD to inform them how I believed my neighbor was taken advantage of (I talked with Shay and Stephen numerous times, who were so nice to educate me on springs etc.). On 11/5/21, Stephen came to the house to investigate the job RMGD had said they (door was totally out of adjustment). They found that springs/ cables were wrong parts, I notified RMGD of the findings. We gave RMGD a month to fix and remedy what they had installed improperly. To no avail, have never heard back from Rocky Mountain Garage Door!!!! On 12/6/21, my neighbor had Stephen and Eric (trainee @ AEGD). R&R the wrong parts and fixed a broken hinge (missed by RMGD in their $50 extra maintenance check). What RMGD did for $997, AEGD did + for $250 complete!!!! I totally recommend and will use again for their dedication to service and their caring attitude. Stephen and Shay are terrific and will do everything they can to make the job correct.   Vince really helped me out. They answered their phone the first time I called and got me the parts I needed to repair my door. Highly recommend
