  I have spent several thousand dollars at this store. Dropped off a saw for a 3 week repair and waited 5 months. The saw which was under warranty, was never fixed. Don’t waste your time. Was brushed aside as a lowly residential customer.

  For a new climber looking to get into tree care, I'm glad I came here. Dave was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He put up with my greenhorn questions and walked me through every piece of equipment I would need to get started. I walked away with all the gear I needed in order to get started and I did so with confidence in my purchases thanks to Dave and the very friendly staff. Their prices are very fair compared to anything I found online and the staff is great. I'll happily be going back again soon for additional gear.

  Awesome store for any Husqvarna service. Little pricey but you will have your tool fixed. Good follow-up that shows they care. Only one time had a delay in service when they kept my power wash for more than 45 days. Hence 4 star otherwise they are 5 star. Good staff who has knowledge which save my time.
