  We had an amazing experience with Chris from American Appliance servicing our Wolf dual fuel range. Chris from American Appliance came out to complete the griddle recall and during the process noticed an issue with the oven gasket. Without even needing to ask he ordered the new part and they called to schedule a time to come back and replace it under warranty. Even after the warranty is done we will continue to work with American Appliance on servicing our Wolf appliances.

  The service guy (I believe his name was Daniel) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also gave suggestions on how to continue to care for my subzero refrigerator and a few of the other appliances in my kitchen. I will definitely continue to have my appliances serviced by American Appliance!
