- BBboatApr 24, 20241.0Would not recommend this company! I was at a sports event, I was in swampscott and I called this Americab taxi company and they didnt respond at first. After like 5 mins I called then back and they told me I would have to wait 15 mins, it was okay at first, around 20 mins past by and I call them back, they dont even apologize and they almost forgot my request for a cab, I asked them again, i had to wait 10 mins now. After another 10 mins I called then back, they called me and said they cant get a taxi to me. I had to wait 30 mins to not even get a taxi back. If i could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend
